Vass & Co was founded by Michael, drawing on his family's experience in property across several generations and a belief that owners deserve a better, more professional way to run their homes as short-lets.

How it started
Michael grew up in a family where property has been part of life for generations. That experience taught him what it takes to run a successful let, and where many owners and operators go wrong.
What began as his own route into property soon grew into something bigger. Owners wanted the same results: steady income, trusted guests and well-kept homes, without the stress of managing it all themselves. That became Vass & Co, a short-let management company built on one clear promise: to give every owner the results their property deserves.
Michael's career in financial crime compliance at some of the biggest banks in the world brings a different edge to the business. Years of working in a tightly regulated environment mean careful checks, clear processes and close attention to detail, all applied to every property we manage.
